Här är det enda som kommer fram på google på detta: The FBX scene contained multiple bind poses for the following node or nodes:

Detta betyder då att scener som är animerade ska combinas till ett enda objekt innan man skinnar så att att allting i scenen bara är ett objekt. Om det fungerar ändå så är det väl inte hela världen men kanske något att tänka på till nästa XNA projekt (om det blir något mer för någon)
Problemen med denna scenen: Content\Models\floor_room_01.fbx bör vara fixade. Det var jag som var lite ivrig på att ta bort tecken från fbx filen
